Role overview A senior product leader is needed to own the live-operations and monetization strategy for a major mobile game. The role blends campaign planning, pricing, and experimentation to keep players engaged while driving sustainable revenue. It sits inside a global games studio that ships on a continuous live-ops cadence.
Responsibilities - Define the live-ops vision and run end-to-end daily and weekly promotional plans, from concept and creative through launch, QA, and post-launch analysis. - Audit and evolve the monetization approach, including pricing, audience segmentation, and the value players receive. - Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests, and convert findings into shipped product changes. - Track and interpret metrics such as average revenue per user, conversion, funnel drop-off, and churn to guide decisions. - Establish best practices that lift operational standards across the live-ops team. - Partner with feature squads so live-ops needs are folded into roadmap planning.
Requirements - Demonstrated experience as a Liveops Manager on a game with a sustained live-operations cadence. - Comfort operating in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment where priorities shift quickly. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions. - Clear communication and a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have - Background in free-to-play mobile gaming and live-service monetization models. - Experience mentoring or coordinating a small live-ops team.
