Role overview Shape the next generation of direct-to-consumer mobile commerce experiences for a global portfolio of games. As Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives across mobile apps and mobile web, with a strong focus on commerce flows, visual systems, and user experience. The role combines hands-on design, systems thinking, and mentorship inside a data-driven, fast-paced product culture.
Responsibilities - Lead design for major initiatives across mobile native apps and mobile web, from discovery and brainstorming through prototyping, launch, and iteration - Audit existing games and commerce experiences to surface friction and identify opportunities - Translate complex requirements into thoughtful solutions alongside product, engineering, and partner teams - Combine customer feedback, research insights, and analytics to deepen understanding of users and uncover unexpected opportunities - Build interactive prototypes that quickly visualize and validate new feature ideas - Own the evolution of a design system, maintaining a scalable library of components using advanced Figma features - Champion UX quality across the team through design reviews, critiques, and mentorship of junior designers
Requirements - 5 to 8+ years of professional product design experience focused on B2C mobile e-commerce or consumer-facing commerce products - A portfolio demonstrating mobile-first design, high-quality UI execution, and measurable outcomes - Deep experience designing end-to-end consumer journeys such as discovery, product detail pages, cart, checkout, account, loyalty or rewards, and subscription flows - Advanced Figma proficiency, including experience building and managing scalable design systems, components, and variables - Strong digital hygiene, with organized files, clear naming conventions, and proactive documentation - Proven ability to lead collaborative work with product managers, developers, and designers from ideation through launch
