Solutions Consultant

Role overview A remote pre-sales engineering position supporting channel partners and internal sales teams across multiple European countries. The role sits inside a global Solution Center focused on partner enablement, technical discovery, and demonstration work for a cloud-based security platform. It is structured as a development path toward independent field engineering, with senior engineers providing mentorship.

Responsibilities - Provide technical support to distributors, partners, and internal business units through discovery sessions, product positioning, and architecture walkthroughs - Support live product demonstrations and demo-center environments, partnering with senior engineers during co-selling cycles - Build, maintain, and troubleshoot sandbox and lab environments while producing reusable technical assets and documentation - Run partner enablement activities including onboarding tracks, technical training events, and interactive workshops - Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver cross-regional support and map architectures to customer requirements

Requirements - Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience working with AI-driven solutions - Up to two years of professional experience in a technical capacity (internships, customer support, systems administration, or infrastructure work) - Working knowledge of core internetworking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP and DNS - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and prioritize customer outcomes - Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and a growth-oriented approach to skill development

Nice to have - Exposure to SASE, zero-trust networking, or cloud security platforms - Familiarity with public cloud environments and infrastructure concepts
