Role overview A strategic, field-facing pre-sales role that helps large enterprises adopt generative AI securely. The position combines the consultative strengths of a solutions engineer with deep expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation architectures, and data protection. The role partners with executives and architects at Fortune 500 accounts to shape technical strategy, deliver high-impact demonstrations, and act as a trusted advisor on AI risk.
Responsibilities - Own and execute the technical sales strategy for complex AI security opportunities, partnering with enterprise account teams from discovery through close. - Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements that resonate with both practitioners and C-level stakeholders. - Serve as the field subject matter expert on modern AI patterns including RAG, agents, and prompt workflows, advising clients on preventing data exposure and unsanctioned AI usage. - Collaborate with product and engineering to channel real-world customer feedback into the roadmap. - Build reusable demo assets, technical collateral, competitive positioning, and enablement playbooks to scale the global sales motion. - Train and mentor enterprise account teams on AI security best practices and emerging patterns.
Requirements - Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical advisory, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. - Solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals including Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention, cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations. - Hands-on AI prototyping experience with LLM APIs, scripting, agentic automation routines, and lightweight AI applications. - Direct experience helping enterprises deploy production AI while managing data leakage, model governance, compliance, and shadow AI risk. - History of creating high-impact field assets, technical workshops, and competitive positioning content. - Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex AI architectures into business and security outcomes.
