Principal Product Manager
Job details
About this role
Role overview A principal product manager role owning contact (person) data end to end for a large go-to-market intelligence platform serving tens of thousands of customers. The work centers on shifting from deterministic, rule-based pipelines to an inference-default model where AI agents read evidence, propose answers, and a verification layer decides what gets published. Defining what "correct" means, building the evaluation engine that proves it, and shipping that discipline across the team are the core of the role.
Responsibilities - Set strategy, roadmap, and monthly priorities for contact data accuracy, coverage, freshness, and compliance. - Build and operate the AI evaluation engine, including golden sets, trap records, LLM-as-judge gates, and confidence thresholds. - Track precision, recall, and drift in production, gating every model or prompt change to the person pipeline. - Drive the migration of person attributes from rule-based selection to agent-adjudicated inference over full evidence. - Partner with research to define grading guides and acceptance rules, retiring legacy logic only when metrics confirm safety. - Introduce AI where it earns its place while keeping classical tooling where it wins.
Requirements - Track record of shipping data pipelines and entity resolution at scale. - Active daily practitioner of AI tools applied to data systems, comfortable committing code alongside agents. - Equally fluent reading golden sets and evaluation reports as writing product roadmaps. - Demonstrated ability to own outcomes across accuracy, coverage, freshness, and compliance dimensions.
Benefits and work setup - US base salary range of $151,900 to $238,700, with additional compensation such as bonus, commission, and equity available based on role and location. - Comprehensive benefits plus holistic mind, body, and lifestyle programs, with compensation reviewed periodically against market data.
