Role overview
A leadership role overseeing software engineering across the Americas for an AI-native financial operations platform embedded in a major ERP system. The position blends strategic vision with hands-on technical guidance, directing Platform/AI services, Quote-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay product lines while partnering with engineering counterparts in EMEA and APAC.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow distributed engineering teams across multiple regions, cultivating an innovative and collaborative culture. - Drive transformation of software delivery through agentic SDLC, Spec-Driven Development, and an AI Software Factory model leveraging modern coding assistants. - Provide architectural oversight across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, agentic workflows, LLM/agent frameworks, and managed AWS services, while conducting code and architecture reviews. - Own delivery of platform and AI services powering Quote-to-Cash and procurement products, ensuring quality and timely release. - Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and regional product teams to align priorities and serve as a senior technical contact for strategic customers. - Champion CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and data-driven engineering decisions; prioritize technical debt reduction and foundational improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of prior relevant experience, typically supported by a university degree or equivalent. - Proven track record scaling engineering organizations and working across geographies. - Deep technical depth across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, agentic workflows, LLM/agent frameworks, AI/ML pipelines, and AWS services. - Domain experience in fintech, billing, reporting, or ERP systems; ERP background is a plus. - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced environment.

- Direct experience with the NetSuite ecosystem. - Familiarity with emerging agentic AI development paradigms.
