Responsibilities

- Orchestrate the full lifecycle of complex initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned on timelines and core deliverables. - Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product, and business leads to keep progress visible at all levels. - Evaluate and mitigate risks, partnering with stakeholders to develop contingency plans. - Identify resource gaps and work with leadership to clear blockers preventing steady progress. - Ensure delivery roadmaps satisfy both operational and technical benchmarks. - Manage technical dependencies across cross-functional teams for seamless production launches. - Convert complex technical updates into readable status reports highlighting business value and risk. - Balance shifting priorities and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse requirements. - Leverage AI tools to refine internal reporting, documentation, and overall output. - Manage Jira and Confluence to provide clear tracking and project visibility. - Identify and implement process enhancements that evolve how teams coordinate and ship work.

Requirements

- 5+ years of technical project leadership or program management experience within a technology-focused organization. - Proven success steering multi-stakeholder technology programs through complex dependency maps. - Technical literacy with a solid grasp of modern integration patterns, APIs, and agile software lifecycles. - Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and structured execution frameworks. - Composure and effectiveness managing risks in rapidly changing environments. - Strong communication skills bridging technical teams and business partners. - Ability to build trust and maintain forward motion when teams have conflicting priorities. - Familiarity with automation and AI to boost personal productivity and team visibility. - Track record supporting technical work through production readiness and successful deployment.
