About this role
Role overview
A senior individual contributor role focused on driving the most complex, strategically important cross-functional programs and special projects from definition through stabilization. The position partners closely with executive leadership and teams across product, strategy, engineering, finance, legal, credit risk, people, commercial, and delivery to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated execution and measurable outcomes. It is a remote-first opportunity for US-based employees, with the option to work on site from a Manhattan office.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coordination and health of high-priority, multi-workstream programs and special projects, including integrations and organizational transitions. - Translate enterprise strategy into execution by defining intended outcomes, success measures, sequencing, priorities, and trade-offs aligned to broader business objectives. - Build and drive integrated roadmaps spanning product, technology, operations, people, finance, legal, commercial, and go-to-market workstreams. - Establish clear ownership, decision rights, dependencies, milestones, governance, and operating rhythms that create transparency without adding unnecessary process. - Surface systemic risks, cross-program patterns, and resource constraints that may not be visible within individual teams, and lead escalations to resolution. - Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing concise views of program health, business impact, risks, opportunities, and recommended decisions. - Partner with people and culture functions on change management, onboarding, engagement, and cultural alignment during organizational transitions.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs at the enterprise level, including integrations or large organizational transitions. - Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with autonomy, influence, and accountability for critical assignments. - Strong judgment in synthesizing signals across stakeholders, workstreams, and competing priorities into clear, decision-oriented views for executives. - Track record of establishing lightweight governance, decision structures, and reporting cadences that drive alignment without bureaucratic overhead. - Experience coordinating across product, engineering, operations, finance, legal, and commercial functions. - Ability to step into ambiguous or stalled initiatives, restore momentum, and unblock decisions quickly.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with program management tooling such as Jira and Confluence for roadmaps, status, and documentation. - Background in change management or organizational design during integrations or restructurings.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first arrangement for US-based employees with optional in-person work from a Manhattan office. - Annual base pay range of $214,000 to $260,000, with additional bonus, commission, equity, and a full benefits package based on performance and business considerations. - Visa sponsorship is not available for this role; employment is at-will.
