DevOps / Platform Engineer

Role overview A fully remote opening for a DevOps / Platform Engineer who will help build, automate, and operate the infrastructure underpinning a growing portfolio of software products. The position is embedded within a cross-functional engineering team, balancing delivery on infrastructure improvements with day-to-day operational excellence.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain the platform tooling, pipelines, and infrastructure used by product engineering teams. - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to ship reliable, scalable software. - Take ownership of infrastructure features and operational concerns end to end. - Drive technical excellence by improving automation, observability, and deployment practices. - Mentor junior engineers and help shape a positive team culture.

Requirements - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with substantial time spent on DevOps or platform work. - Strong expertise in the methodologies, tools, and practices associated with modern DevOps and platform engineering. - Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable code and configurations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for distributed team collaboration. - Enthusiasm for mentoring and contributing to a supportive engineering environment.
