DevOps / Platform Engineer

Role overview

This is a remote, full-time opening for a DevOps and Platform Engineer who will help build and operate the infrastructure powering a global product portfolio. Working alongside developers, designers, and product owners, the engineer will focus on tooling, automation, and platform reliability. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of systems end to end.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation. - Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience, reliability, and observability. - Own platform components and make architectural decisions that support global scale. - Promote and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable infrastructure code and configuration. - Mentor junior engineers and help nurture a positive, collaborative remote culture. - Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and incidents clearly across distributed teams.

Requirements

- Five or more years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a closely related role. - Strong expertise with the methodologies and tooling expected of a DevOps or Platform Engineer. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on clean, maintainable designs. - Outstanding written and verbal English communication for remote collaboration. - A genuine passion for mentoring teammates and strengthening team culture.
