Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics

Role overview Deliver strategic finance and business analytics that help leaders understand performance, evaluate initiatives, and make decisions. The role combines SQL-based analysis, metric reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready communication, with close collaboration across finance, sales, marketing, customer success, product, data, and operations teams.

Responsibilities - Report key metrics and analysis to senior leadership to support decision-making. - Use SQL and business context to investigate trends, explain underlying drivers, and respond to ad hoc questions. - Build presentations, dashboards, and automated reports that turn analysis into usable insights. - Align with partner teams on metric definitions and analytical approaches. - Coordinate with enterprise data and analytics colleagues on technical requirements and analysis. - Apply AI tools and workflows to automate processes and help the team scale.

Requirements - Four to seven years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy consulting. - Strong SQL skills; Snowflake experience is a plus. - Experience with business intelligence tools and AI workflows or applications. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to different audiences. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, or a related field. - Analytical judgment, attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have - A master’s degree, SaaS experience, or experience building financial models and automated reporting and dashboards.
