Role overview

A remote senior iOS developer position focused on building and maintaining high-performance, scalable native applications for the Apple ecosystem. Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C, with a strong emphasis on modern Swift-based development. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features that align with user needs and business goals. - Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold industry best practices across the team. - Identify and resolve performance issues, optimize application efficiency, and ensure a smooth end-user experience. - Contribute to architectural decisions and help refine development processes within an agile, cross-functional team.

Requirements

- Four or more years of professional experience in native iOS development, supported by a strong portfolio of published applications. - A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized university. - Proficiency in Swift and solid hands-on experience with Objective-C; familiarity with SwiftUI and Combine is a plus. - Solid understanding of iOS frameworks, multithreading, RESTful APIs, memory management, and adaptive UI implementation using layout tools such as SnapKit or Masonry. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

- Practical experience using AI-powered development assistants (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery. - Experience applying generative AI in a more structured way across the software development lifecycle, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations. - Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development, with willingness to experiment beyond standard approaches.
