Role overview This role owns the post-sale relationship with large, complex enterprise customers adopting a cloud security platform. The Customer Experience Manager acts as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through multi-year cloud and AI security journeys while driving adoption, expansion, and measurable security outcomes.
Responsibilities - Lead strategic projects that connect the platform to customer initiatives, coordinating Sales, Support, Success, product, and engineering teams - Build deep relationships from working technicians through the CISO level, serving as the primary advisor on cloud security practices - Define adoption milestones, remove blockers, and guide secure workload migration across the customer's multi-year journey - Deliver enablement through training strategies that upskill both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Identify expansion opportunities by deepening product usage and entering new business units, supported by TCO analysis and business cases - Provide governance over the partnership, advocate internally on behalf of the customer, and surface consolidation opportunities across the tool ecosystem
Requirements - Six or more years in customer success, sales engineering, or another strategic client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable engaging stakeholders at every level - Proven success working with Fortune 100 customers on cloud-based technology - Experience managing strategic accounts with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving approach - Deep understanding of security SaaS offerings, pricing models, and large-scale enterprise transformations - Must reside in the western United States and already hold legal right to work without visa sponsorship
Benefits and work setup - US base salary range of $110,000 to $151,000 USD, with additional bonus and equity eligibility - Standard benefits package offered
