Senior Product Manager

Role overview A remote-first fintech organisation is hiring a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of a strategic product from vision through to scaling. The role spans strategy, discovery, delivery, and growth, working closely with engineering, design, QA, and external partners across European and CET-compatible time zones. The first priority is shaping and launching a KYC-B product, building the MVP and laying the groundwork for ongoing iteration.

Responsibilities - Define and own the product vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals. - Lead discovery through customer interviews, user research, competitor analysis, and KPI definition, turning insights into prioritised backlog items. - Drive end-to-end delivery, collaborating with engineering, QA, and design to ship MVPs and iterate after launch. - Manage stakeholders including customers, executives, and third-party vendors, presenting strategy and performance to senior leadership. - Monitor adoption, retention, conversion, and operational efficiency, using data to identify optimisation opportunities. - Run cross-functional ceremonies such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions, maintaining transparency in tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements - Several years of senior product management experience delivering and growing software products. - Strong track record defining product vision, roadmaps, and MVP strategy, ideally from early stage through scale. - Hands-on Agile experience working with engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders. - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort prioritising backlogs and making data-driven decisions. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or comparable product management tooling. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities, plus the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced setting. - Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.

Nice to have - Background in FinTech, payments, banking, KYC/KYB, compliance, card issuing, or SaaS. - Experience building products from 0→1, launching MVPs, and scaling post-launch. - Work with third-party integrations and external vendor partnerships. - Leading distributed remote teams. - Certifications such as PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, or other Agile credentials.
