Fullstack Engineer

Role overview Build and release features across a collaborative work platform, spanning its interface, backend, and AI capabilities. The role combines end-to-end product engineering with real-time collaboration work and close feedback from the teams using the software.

Responsibilities - Deliver features from data storage through the user interface, taking ownership through release. - Develop AI-powered tools, including systems that use tools and coding agents that can create pull requests. - Build and improve real-time capabilities such as chat, presence, shared documents, and calls. - Review and guide code produced by AI agents, then refine and complete it. - Gather user feedback and contribute to decisions about product direction. - Release changes, assess how they work in practice, and iterate.

Requirements - Strong TypeScript skills and experience with a modern frontend framework. - Practical experience building with AI, such as model APIs, tool use, or agents. - Comfort with real-time and distributed systems, including WebSockets, synchronization, and out-of-order events. - Care for usability as well as correctness. - A habit of shipping software and improving it based on feedback.

Nice to have - Experience with Svelte, Cloudflare Workers or Durable Objects, Supabase, Postgres, or Yjs. - Experience shipping desktop or mobile applications, particularly with Tauri. - Personal or professional projects involving AI tools or agents.
