Role overview
A senior product leader is needed to set strategy and drive execution across a portfolio of healthcare technology platforms that support care delivery for vulnerable seniors. The role spans care management systems, electronic medical records, participant- and caregiver-facing tools, CRM capabilities, and emerging AI-enabled solutions that enhance clinical decision-making and engagement. It partners closely with executive leadership to shape enterprise-wide product direction and deliver measurable business and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of care-delivery solutions, from strategy and roadmap through adoption, optimization, and retirement - Define and execute product strategies that advance clinical, operational, and growth objectives while improving outcomes, caregiver effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance - Provide enterprise product leadership across clinical, operational, technology, finance, and administrative functions - Partner with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to surface opportunities, define business requirements, and deliver integrated solutions that improve care coordination and efficiency - Serve as the primary advocate for end users by incorporating voice-of-customer insights, user research, analytics, and operational feedback into product decisions - Lead the evaluation and rollout of digital, automation, and AI-driven capabilities that enhance clinical decision-making and streamline workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree preferred - 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity mentoring cross-functional team members - Minimum of 2 years working inside a healthcare organization - Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills in environments involving seniors, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Experience leading in a data-driven organization, using reports and data to prioritize people and projects
