Role overview
Help clients resolve questions and complex service issues involving investing, trading, and personal finance. You’ll own requests through to resolution, explain financial topics in accessible language, and share frontline insights with product and operations teams. This is a remote, full-time contract role for candidates in Canada, with a fixed Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule.
Responsibilities - Explain investment, trading, and personal finance concepts in clear, approachable terms. - Manage client requests from start to finish, including complex transfers and issues involving internal processes or systems. - Work across multiple platforms and browser tabs while handling a high volume of service work. - Share recurring client problems and suggestions with product and operations teams to help improve tools and processes.
Requirements - One to two years of high-volume customer service experience in retail, hospitality, banking, or technical support. - Interest in personal finance and the stock market; familiarity with registered savings accounts is helpful. - Strong written and spoken English communication skills. - Comfort working across multiple browser tabs and digital tools, and using keyboard shortcuts efficiently. - Resilience and adaptability for a rotating schedule in a fast-changing environment.
Nice to have - French-English bilingual communication skills. - Familiarity with Canadian registered savings accounts such as RRSPs or TFSAs.
Benefits and work setup - Six-month contract beginning November 23, 2026, with possible extension or conversion depending on business needs and performance. - Remote within Canada; 40 hours per week, with fixed Wednesday-to-Sunday shifts rotating between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Training is Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for four weeks. - Starting pay is $25/hour for English speakers and $26.50/hour for English-French bilingual speakers. - Benefits listed include health coverage, paid time off, a group savings plan, a work-from-home stipend, and partner discounts.
