Lead complex regulatory reporting and technical operations programs supporting the safe expansion of an autonomous mobility service. Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic roadmaps for regulatory reporting operations, including forecasting, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery milestones. - Partner with compliance specialists to translate legal and regulatory obligations into repeatable workflows and scale them across U.S. and international operations. - Define program metrics, service-level targets, quality standards, and reporting mechanisms for operational performance. - Lead workflow transformation and collaborate with engineering teams on machine learning and generative AI tools that improve event detection, triage, analysis, and quality assurance. - Communicate program status, risks, priorities, and strategic decisions to senior stakeholders across technical and business organizations. - Manage and mentor technical specialists while promoting a quality-focused culture in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, legal, business, or related discipline. - At least 10 years of experience managing complex, technology-enabled operations and cross-functional programs. - At least 5 years of people-management experience. - Experience with regulatory compliance, vehicle qualification, safety operations, or a comparable domain, including the ability to operationalize reporting requirements. - Demonstrated ability to structure complex plans, identify dependencies, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes. - Comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating offshore teams or multiple regional operations hubs. - Background in autonomous vehicles or a related mobility technology field. - Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. - Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma process-improvement methods.
