Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement automation solutions for repetitive IT and business processes using Python and PowerShell across infrastructure, data movement, reporting, and operational tasks - Build and maintain RPA workflows and integrate automation with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party SaaS applications via APIs and connectors - Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered automation tools, including agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel, integrating AI capabilities into existing operational workflows - Design end-to-end workflow orchestration using tools like Apache Airflow, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate - Build robust API integrations and event-driven automation pipelines across cloud and on-premises systems, with error handling, retry logic, alerting, and observability - Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience combined with relevant certifications - 12+ years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or a closely related discipline - Demonstrated track record building and operating production-grade automation solutions at enterprise scale - Hands-on experience designing or deploying AI-powered or agentic workflows in a professional setting - Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred - US Person status required under ITAR/EAR export regulations - Intellectually curious, self-directed, and proactive in tracking emerging AI and automation tooling
Nice to have
- Experience working within highly regulated manufacturing industries supporting data operations - Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate (AI-200)
