Responsibilities
- Architect and ship high-performance frontend systems tailored to each client engagement - Establish reusable component libraries, design tokens, and frontend standards used across the team - Collaborate directly with designers and backend engineers without intermediate layers - Contribute meaningfully to technical decision-making on every project - Take personal ownership of the quality of everything shipped under your name
Requirements
- Deep production experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript - Strong design instincts, with a track record of improving specs rather than only implementing them - Hands-on familiarity with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP - Comfort working asynchronously across distributed teams - Genuine enthusiasm for reading other people's code
