Systems Engineer II

Role overview Support the systems and data services that underpin customer operations in a remote engineering role with a varied mix of coding, database support, cloud administration, and business intelligence work. You will own customer provisioning and help automate it, while also resolving data issues and supporting the availability and reliability of customer systems.

Responsibilities - Manage customer provisioning from request through completion and lead work toward self-service provisioning for customer success teams. - Develop, maintain, and support code and automated processes or services. - Restore database tables from backups, correct data issues, and help resolve failed bulk uploads. - Support system migrations, backups, and recovery activities. - Build, optimize, and maintain business intelligence reporting solutions. - Translate business needs into technical solutions and, as experience allows, contribute to cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance work.

Requirements - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field. - Hands-on software development experience and interest in a role where coding is one part of a broader range of work. - Confidence working with databases, including data restoration, updates, and bulk uploads. - Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI. - Fluency in written and spoken English, with a collaborative, service-minded, and adaptable approach.

Nice to have - Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or SQL Server. - Process automation, Azure services or infrastructure administration, or support for SOC 2 or similar audits.
