Technical Program Manager, Application Security

Responsibilities

- Lead and drive Application Security programs and initiatives spanning multiple teams - Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes - Coordinate dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders - Surface risks and blockers early and drive them toward resolution - Establish and continuously improve program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting practices - Clarify responsibilities and refine processes across the Application Security program - Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership - Identify opportunities to automate and improve Application Security workflows, including through the effective use of AI

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience, including prior work in technical program management, project management, or a similar coordination role - Demonstrated success driving complex cross-functional initiatives within a technology environment - Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority - Comfort working independently and bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving problems - Working knowledge of software engineering and core Application Security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management - Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills in English

- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications
