Role overview A mid-to-senior level Java Developer position focused on building and enhancing a data protection product for the Salesforce platform. The role involves shaping product architecture, implementing functionality, and resolving technical challenges in a team that blends core Java engineering with cloud and platform integration.
Responsibilities - Contribute to product architecture decisions and design discussions - Implement product features end to end, from coding through integration - Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered during development - Build and maintain REST services that interact with Salesforce and related data stores - Apply design patterns and modern Java practices to deliver maintainable code - Collaborate with international teammates using English as the working language
Requirements - Three or more years of professional experience developing Java applications - Hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform - Strong knowledge of Core Java and the Spring framework - Practical ability to apply design patterns in real codebases - Experience building and consuming REST services - English proficiency suitable for daily communication across distributed teams
Nice to have - Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) - Experience with Azure cloud services - Working knowledge of PostgreSQL
