Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience

Role overview

Design the experiences that help security and compliance teams use AI agents to complete meaningful work with clarity, control, and confidence. This role covers both the underlying agent framework—agents, skills, tools, and memory—and the customer workflows built on top of it. You will turn ambiguous problems into scalable interaction patterns for delegation, review, correction, approval, interruption, and recovery across the core product and external collaboration surfaces.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and problem framing through launch, measurement, and iteration. - Define how agent capabilities, tools, skills, and memory are composed, presented, and understood by users. - Create trustworthy patterns for transparency, permissions, uncertainty, explainability, human review, graceful failure, and control. - Design conversational and agent interactions across the product, team-collaboration tools, and other surfaces where agents operate. - Conduct customer discovery and usability research with security, compliance, governance, risk, and audit users. - Produce workflow models, prototypes, design briefs, specifications, and reusable patterns while communicating tradeoffs and risks to partners and leadership.

Requirements

- At least 7 years of product-design experience, with depth in B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or sophisticated software products. - Experience designing AI-powered products, automation, or systems whose behavior can be dynamic or uncertain. - Ability to design agent experiences beyond chat, including multi-step workflows involving tools, memory, and human judgment. - Experience designing across surfaces the product team may not fully control, such as collaboration or terminal environments. - Strong product discovery, interaction design, information architecture, UX writing, and visual-design skills. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product, engineering, research, data, AI-quality, design-system, and customer-facing teams.

Nice to have

- Experience with responsible AI, security, compliance, governance, risk, or audit workflows. - Experience establishing reusable AI interaction patterns or contributing to cross-product design systems.
