Senior Data Analyst, Strategic Finance

Role overview Partner with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders at a trust management platform to surface the insights that shape company-wide planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst on the Finance team, you will combine analytical rigor, technical fluency, and business acumen to influence operating plans, investment choices, and scalable analytics infrastructure in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities - Lead deep, prioritized analyses that inform high-impact financial and strategic decisions. - Act as a technical partner to FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and other teams. - Automate recurring deliverables and scale analytics workflows as the business grows. - Build self-service dashboards and data assets that surface trends and empower non-technical decision-makers. - Partner with Data Engineering and other analytics teams to improve data quality and broaden access to trusted insights.

Requirements - 4+ years of experience in data analysis or equivalent function; exposure to FP&A, Accounting, or SaaS metrics is a plus. - Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma, with experience handling large, complex datasets. - Familiarity with DBT preferred; Python for advanced analysis is a bonus. - Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that drive financial outcomes. - Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying data fluency. - Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting complex data to non-technical audiences. - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sound judgment in using AI tools to amplify analytical work.
