Senior Project Manager

Role overview A senior project management role overseeing a complex, high-visibility, multiyear digital engagement for enterprise clients. The position blends strategic thinking, operational rigor, financial stewardship, and relationship management to ensure delivery excellence and surface account growth opportunities.

Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of the engagement, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and program objectives. - Track milestones, manage change, maintain delivery momentum, and re-baseline plans when conditions shift. - Plan, manage, and forecast staffing needs across workstreams, balancing seniority mix for quality and financial targets. - Identify risks and issues early, lead mitigation planning, drive resolution, and escalate when senior alignment is needed. - Build trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional contributors, setting expectations and resolving conflicts. - Serve as the primary point of communication and decision-making for project matters, providing transparent updates internally and externally. - Support account growth by surfacing expansion opportunities and collaborating with account and executive leadership on strategic alignment.

Requirements - 10+ years of experience leading complex digital engagements, with a growth mindset and drive for lasting impact. - Mandatory consulting experience on Google Cloud Platform engagements. - Strong structured thinking and the ability to synthesize across multiple workstreams. - Clear communication tailored to executive, technical, and operational audiences. - Confident, proactive decision-making within ambiguity, with strong organization and prioritization skills. - Self-directed, accountable mindset suited to owning complex programs with minimal oversight. - Background in Agile methodologies and consulting delivery.

Nice to have - Google Cloud Platform certifications. - Experience in technical program contexts such as data workflows, platform engineering, or cybersecurity. - Enterprise change management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
