Product Owner / Project Manager

Role overview This hybrid role blends product ownership with project management, focused on shaping product direction while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and to scope. The position partners with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to turn strategic goals into a clear, executable backlog. It is well suited to someone equally comfortable defining what to build next and driving how it gets delivered.

Responsibilities - Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and fixes based on business value and user needs. - Plan and track end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating objectives into well-defined requirements and user stories. - Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog. - Monitor progress against agreed objectives, surface blockers early, and adapt plans as conditions change. - Communicate status, trade-offs, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders at varying levels of technical familiarity.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a combined role covering both product direction and project delivery. - Working knowledge of agile and scrum practices, including backlog grooming, story writing, and acceptance criteria. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse interests around shared priorities. - Ability to write clear, testable requirements and user stories that delivery teams can act on independently. - Comfort using delivery metrics and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization decisions. - Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
