Commerce Product Strategist

Responsibilities

- Partner with client executives to develop unified commerce strategies tied to business growth - Translate strategic goals into prioritized product roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories - Analyze customer journeys across touchpoints and audiences to identify friction and opportunity - Synthesize research, market dynamics, and stakeholder input into actionable frameworks - Lead executive workshops, alignment sessions, and consensus-building discussions

Requirements

- 8+ years in digital strategy, customer experience, commerce strategy, consulting, or product roles - Strong skills in customer journey mapping, persona development, and service design - Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and translate ambiguity into structured requirements - Background working in Agile environments with product, design, engineering, and delivery teams - Strong analytical, research, storytelling, and presentation capabilities

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, or Shopify Enterprise - Familiarity with B2B commerce models - Background supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale transformation programs - Consulting or agency experience
