Requirements - Hands-on experience operating as a Business Analyst, with work that reflects senior-level judgment and autonomy - Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and producing clear artifacts - Working knowledge of common BA techniques such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and gap analysis - Comfort navigating both business and technical conversations and translating between the two - Organized, structured approach to managing multiple workstreams and dependencies
