Product Designer

Role overview Lead product design for a workflow automation platform serving developers, operations, and business teams. The work blends interaction design, systems thinking, and close partnership with engineering and product management in a remote-first setting.

Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end design for B2B product surfaces, from concept through ship and iteration. - Map user journeys for technical and operations-heavy workflows, including edge cases and error states. - Produce components and patterns that contribute to a shared design system. - Partner with engineering and product management to scope, sequence, and refine releases. - Support implementation quality through handoff, design review, and iterative refinement.

Requirements - Strong product design portfolio with shipped B2B or technical product experiences. - Proficiency in modern design tooling and component-based workflows. - Clear thinking around user journeys, edge cases, and interaction detail. - Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and product management. - Strong communication and prioritization in a remote-first setup.

Nice to have - Experience designing automation, data-heavy, or developer-centric interfaces. - Exposure to workflow engines, API products, or operations platforms. - Ability to translate research insights into practical product improvements.
