Job details
About this role
Role overview This position leads the end-to-end product experience for Medicare Advantage members within a digital metabolic health platform. The role owns strategy, roadmap, and delivery across the full MA member journey, from enrollment and onboarding through daily engagement, clinical care, and long-term outcomes. It is a remote opportunity based in the United States, with no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities - Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end journey for Medicare Advantage members, spanning enrollment, onboarding, ongoing engagement, care delivery, and outcomes. - Directly deliver MA-specific product experiences while identifying where existing capabilities should be adapted or extended. - Serve as the cross-functional product lead, coordinating dependencies across Member Experience, Sensors, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Design, and other product teams. - Build deep insight into the Medicare population, including needs, behaviors, technology comfort, accessibility considerations, and engagement barriers, and translate those into product strategy. - Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to design scalable workflows that balance member experience with the underlying care model. - Identify friction across the full journey, assign ownership across teams, and drive resolution even when work spans multiple product areas. - Define success metrics across activation, engagement, experience, retention, and clinical outcomes, and iterate continuously based on results.
Requirements - Seven or more years of product management experience with measurable impact on complex products or end-to-end customer journeys. - Ability to operate across organizational and product boundaries, identifying gaps and coordinating a coherent experience across multiple teams. - Consumer product mindset with strong empathy for members and demonstrated ability to simplify complex experiences for diverse populations. - Data-driven approach to defining meaningful success metrics and prioritizing investments using both quantitative and qualitative input. - Healthcare product experience is welcome; direct Medicare Advantage experience is a plus but not required. - Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Benefits and work setup - Annual compensation in the range of $205,000 to $235,000 USD. - Remote-first environment with a global team. - Equity participation, unlimited vacation with manager approval, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. - Sixteen weeks of fully paid parental leave for delivering parents and eight weeks for non-delivering parents. - Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision coverage, with HSA and FSA options, and family coverage at 80%.
