Working across carrier relations, technology, engineering, product, supply operations, and finance, this role combines technical analysis with business problem-solving to investigate fraud, billing issues, network performance, and margin opportunities. The position owns work end to end, from requirements and governance through delivery and adoption.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of professional experience developing technical data or automation solutions. - Extensive SQL experience and a strong understanding of relational database schemas. - Experience with Google Sheets or Excel and business-intelligence tools such as Tableau or Looker. - Practical experience using Python, APIs, or workflow platforms to build automated data processes and pipelines. - Experience building agents or working with LLMs to solve complex, multi-step, unstructured problems. - Strong grounding in data management, governance, hygiene, and safe technology deployment.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with telecom, messaging, or voice networks. - Experience in SaaS, technology, management consulting, investment banking, project management, or requirements gathering for data teams. - Experience working with customers, vendors, or external partners, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills.
