Senior Product Manager

Role overview A senior product leader is needed to drive the strategic and tactical roadmap for connected medical devices that support safe patient recovery in the ICU and other clinical environments. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from gathering voice-of-customer input and defining concepts through launch and post-market lifecycle management, working hand-in-hand with engineering, quality, operations, sales, marketing, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities - Capture and synthesize customer feedback from key opinion leaders, end users, market research, and internal partners to shape product strategy and roadmap priorities. - Define product concepts and translate them into User Needs, Stakeholder Requirements, and Product Marketing Requirements documents that guide development. - Build business cases and market opportunity analyses to justify new product proposals and pipeline investments. - Serve as the product representative on cross-functional core teams, championing the customer voice and recommending technical direction. - Lead project planning, identify required resources, and track delivery of milestones to ensure on-time launches. - Partner with marketing on launch execution, including pricing, positioning, training, segmentation, and messaging.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of progressive product management or related experience. - Background defining data and connectivity solutions, including products that interface with electronic health record systems. - Familiarity with medical device or critical care markets and how products are adopted in healthcare environments. - Strong analytical ability, written and oral communication skills, and comfort leading across multiple business units. - Proficiency with standard PC productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Willingness to travel 20-40% to engage customers and assess field sentiment.

Nice to have - Master's degree and 10+ years of product management experience in the medical device industry.

Benefits and work setup - Annual salary range of $140,000-$150,000.
