Quality control specialist for AI/ ML with Arabic language

Role overview

This remote, project-based position supports an AI speech recognition initiative focused on the Arabic language. The contributor reviews machine-generated transcripts and shapes them into clean, reader-friendly display text that conforms to detailed formatting rules. It is a structured, well-documented role suited to someone with deep fluency in written Arabic and a precise editorial eye.

Responsibilities

- Review completed display transcription work for accuracy, consistency, and guideline compliance - Cross-check each cleaned transcript against the corresponding lexical transcript - Confirm correct handling of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, and abbreviations - Preserve original phrasing and meaning while applying all normalization rules - Resolve transcription ambiguities by listening back to the recorded audio when needed - Flag recurring issues, submit feedback, and meet assigned quality and productivity targets

Requirements

- Strong written Arabic with thorough command of formatting and stylistic conventions - Sharp eye for detail and proven ability to find inconsistencies in long passages of text - Comfort following lengthy written guidelines and applying them consistently - Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection - Self-directed working style with the ability to meet quality and output goals
