Audio Transcription Specialist (Spanish (ES) language)

Role overview A remote, project-based role producing high-quality transcripts from recorded audio as part of a speech-recognition training initiative. Specialists will work with Spanish (Spain) recordings, converting spoken conversations into accurate text that supports the development of conversational AI systems.

Responsibilities - Listen to recorded Spanish (ES) audio files and produce accurate text transcriptions. - Follow established formatting rules and project transcription guidelines. - Review and correct transcription errors to maintain quality standards. - Manage assigned tasks and submit work within agreed deadlines. - Keep all project materials and recordings confidential.

Requirements - B2-level proficiency in both Spanish (ES) and English. - Strong listening skills and accurate typing ability. - Sharp attention to detail and comfort working across audio and text-based tools. - Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer. - Ability to follow structured instructions and deliver work on schedule.

Nice to have - Prior experience in transcription, annotation, or data labeling. - Familiarity with AI tools or annotation platforms. - Knowledge of additional languages.
