Role overview A paid, fully remote, asynchronous contract opportunity is available for security practitioners to build hands-on training rooms for a global cyber security learning platform. Each room is a self-contained lab where learners read tasks, attack or defend a live environment, and submit flags to prove completion. Work happens on your own schedule against a clear brief over a two to four week window per room.

Responsibilities - Design and build a complete room experience, including tasks, flags, hints, walkthrough, and the underlying scenario. - Match your strongest area to one of ten content streams ranging from beginner foundations to senior, enterprise-grade depth. - Pitch original room ideas that fit the roadmap, or take on scoped briefs from the team. - Deliver against an agreed scope on a fixed-fee basis with no hourly tracking.

Requirements - Security practitioners, CTF authors, pentesters, researchers, or educators with deep topic knowledge. - Ability to teach clearly and design challenges that engage learners. - Hands-on experience playing or building CTF challenges and understanding what makes them work. - Reliable async communication and self-direction throughout a two to four week build window.

Nice to have - A track record authoring CTFs, blog write-ups, open-source security tools, or training content. - A public portfolio or community presence in cyber security.
