Senior Product Manager - Trading Growth (Web3)

Role overview

This Senior Product Manager role sits at the intersection of consumer crypto trading and Web3 growth, leading the design, launch, and continuous improvement of trading products within a non-custodial wallet ecosystem. The position partners closely with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and security to ship quickly, iterate through data, and deliver a seamless, secure experience across multiple blockchains. It is a high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment and is comfortable shaping both strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new trading products, from requirements and specifications through launch, post-launch analysis, and ongoing optimization. - Build community and creator-driven experiences that help users discover opportunities and make better-informed trading decisions. - Design and scale user growth programs such as referrals, invite flows, rewards, and partner incentives, including attribution logic, settlement, and abuse prevention. - Explore product opportunities around tokenized real-world assets (RWA) and bring new asset classes into on-chain trading. - Apply a deep understanding of Web3 fundamentals, DEX mechanics, and market data to ensure new products are built on a solid trading foundation. - Define success metrics, set up tracking, and run experiments to improve activation, retention, and trading volume, while scanning on-chain trends for new product opportunities beyond the current roadmap.

Requirements

- 5+ years as a product manager, with at least 3 years on consumer crypto trading products (wallets, DEX/aggregator, or trading apps). - Solid understanding of on-chain trading, including DEX and aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, token market data (price, liquidity, holders), and memecoin/launchpad dynamics. - Strong growth and data sense, with hands-on experience in metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficient, LTV/CAC, and experiment design. - Proven execution ability: shipping fast, running multiple workstreams in parallel, writing clear PRDs, and staying resilient under pressure. - Bilingual English/Mandarin to collaborate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience building referral, affiliate, or rebate programs, including reward mechanics, attribution, commission settlement, and anti-fraud. - First-hand familiarity with social and copy-trading apps and on-chain discovery tools, with a personal perspective on how they evolve. - Experience with creator or KOL ecosystems and community operations.
