Senior Front-End Engineer (Next.js/React) - Real Estate

Role overview Own the frontend experience for a real estate web platform, turning complex data into polished, intuitive interfaces. You’ll work closely with backend engineers and product and design partners, while helping raise standards for visual quality, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain core frontend applications with attention to usability, visual detail, and speed. - Lead page styling, layout, and responsive behavior using modern CSS techniques. - Create reusable UI components and contribute to a consistent design system. - Integrate APIs with backend services and present complex information clearly. - Promote frontend practices that support performance and accessibility. - Collaborate with product and design on implementation quality, and contribute across the stack when needed.

Requirements - At least five years of professional software engineering experience focused on frontend development. - Advanced proficiency with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, modern layout methods, and responsive design. - Experience building complex web applications from the ground up. - Understanding of component architecture, scalable UI systems, state management, and client-side performance optimization. - Clear communication and experience collaborating across engineering and design teams.

Nice to have Comfort working with Node.js, APIs, and PostgreSQL.
