Responsibilities - Build and maintain infrastructure across environments and projects using Terraform. - Develop and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, particularly workflows using GitHub Actions and secure, keyless cloud authentication. - Investigate infrastructure, deployment, and pipeline issues, identify root causes, and document practical resolutions. - Support operational requests, incidents, and production releases as you progress through onboarding. - Maintain runbooks, design notes, handoffs, and other technical documentation. - Review infrastructure changes, identify risks or weak points, and recommend evidence-based improvements with platform and application engineers.
Requirements - 4–6 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering. - Hands-on Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience. - Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with at least one major cloud provider; GCP is strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, networking fundamentals such as VPCs, DNS, and firewalls, and cloud IAM and secrets management. - Python or Bash scripting, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to investigate independently and document findings. - Written English and spoken English sufficient for collaboration with a US-based team; availability during standard US business hours.
Nice to have - GCP and GKE experience, including GitHub Actions and OIDC-based authentication. - Production release support, incident response, infrastructure reviews, and experience with services such as Cloud SQL, Cloud DNS, Cloud Monitoring and Logging, or Secret Manager. - Familiarity with Redis, Snowflake, dbt, data platforms, or generative AI products. - Interest in growing toward senior-level infrastructure ownership and architecture.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote work with autonomy over time management, paid time off, and compensation paid in USD. - Collaboration with US-based teams requires working standard US time-zone business hours.
