Form Builder - Technology

Role overview Configure and maintain custom forms for a cloud-based case management platform serving mental health, behavioral health, and community service organizations. You’ll turn client needs into practical no-code form designs, check that information maps correctly to platform fields, and help users adopt the tools. The work combines configuration, customer support, training, and quality checks; programming is not required.

Responsibilities - Build and revise forms with an internal visual configuration tool, matching each form to its intended purpose and requirements. - Clarify requests with clients, provide support, and work with internal teams to understand platform capabilities. - Check how form responses connect to existing platform fields. - Test configurations and contribute to application quality assurance. - Train and assist users who create their own templates. - Organize multiple requests, adjust to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Requirements - Strong customer service skills and professional communication with clients. - Ability to understand requirements and translate them into clear configurations. - Comfort learning new cloud software and internal tools quickly. - Strong organization, multitasking, and independent time-management skills. - Proficiency with common office productivity software and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
