SVP of Technology – Artificial Intelligence

Role overview The SVP of Technology – Artificial Intelligence leads the company's AI engineering and applied research efforts, shaping how machine learning, generative AI, and computer vision capabilities are built and deployed at scale. The position sits at the intersection of deep technical leadership and strategic product impact.

Responsibilities - Set the technical direction for AI systems, including model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines - Build and lead multidisciplinary teams spanning ML engineering, data, and infrastructure - Architect cloud-native solutions that support scalable inference and experimentation - Establish MLOps best practices for versioning, monitoring, and reliability of production models - Translate business objectives into AI roadmaps that deliver measurable customer value - Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams on AI-powered offerings

Requirements - 10+ years of technology leadership with significant focus on AI and machine learning - Deep expertise in NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and production model deployment - Strong track record building and scaling AI products in fast-paced, high-growth environments - Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure - Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face, plus modern data platforms - Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
