Role overview A senior executive technology position combining hands-on full stack development with strategic leadership for a fast-growing AI and SaaS business. The role blends architecture, team leadership, and direct coding to scale a global product portfolio.
Responsibilities - Lead and grow technical teams while remaining hands-on across the full stack - Drive end-to-end architecture, system design, and scalability decisions - Build and ship SaaS products that leverage AI, machine learning, and automation - Own cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines - Align engineering execution with overall product and business goals
Requirements - 10+ years in software development and technology leadership roles - Deep full stack development expertise across modern web stacks - Track record building and scaling SaaS products in production - Practical experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure management - Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies - Strong communication skills with experience managing stakeholders
Nice to have - Background advising or operating within startup environments - Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and platform engineering
