Chief Technology Officer

Role overview The Chief Technology Officer will set and execute the technology vision for an AI-driven platform, leading engineering teams from product concept through scale. This remote executive role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product direction in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities - Define and drive the technology strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products - Build, lead, and scale high-performing engineering and data-oriented teams - Oversee scalable, cloud-based infrastructure supporting AI and NLP workloads - Partner with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on technology initiatives - Ensure technical execution aligns with long-term business and product strategy

Requirements - Proven track record developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies - Strong leadership experience building and running high-performing technical teams - Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies - Experience building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure - Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced startup environment - Excellent communication skills for working with teams, partners, and stakeholders

Nice to have - Familiarity with modern development tools, methodologies, and AI/ML operations practices
