Board Advisor – Technology

Role overview The Board Advisor – Technology will provide strategic guidance to the leadership of an AI-focused startup on technology direction, architecture, and growth. This remote advisory role suits an experienced technology executive who can mentor teams and shape long-term product and platform strategy.

Responsibilities - Advise on technology strategy, architecture, and innovation best practices - Mentor the technology team on infrastructure and engineering decisions - Track emerging technologies and translate insights into actionable recommendations - Align technical execution with long-term business strategy and scale-up plans

Requirements - 10–25+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles such as CTO or VP Engineering - Expertise in SaaS platforms, cloud-native architecture, and AI/ML - Experience advising or scaling technology startups - Strategic thinking combined with hands-on product exposure - Strong problem-solving and mentorship mindset
