Role overview
A healthcare data and workflow company is hiring a Product Manager to own and grow a clinical data domain spanning the full post-acute and value-based care continuum. The role centers on turning complex clinical and claims data into AI-powered analytics that help providers improve care transitions, reduce readmissions, and benchmark performance across settings. The position is remote and reports to the Director of Product.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a clinical data domain that spans acute, post-acute, and value-based care settings - Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery, partnering with data science, data engineering, and software engineering - Translate clinical and claims data into analytics covering care transitions, patient outcomes, performance benchmarking, referral patterns, cost, and network leakage - Identify and integrate AI and ML capabilities such as predictive analytics, risk stratification, anomaly detection, and generative AI into product features - Embed AI-powered features into clinical and operational workflows, taking concepts from prototyping through adoption and go-to-market enablement - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing clinical user needs, business value, and technical investment while tracking outcomes like ARR growth, retention, and NPS - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, enablement, and successful product launches - Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product direction and surface opportunities for clinical and AI-driven innovation
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with direct ownership of roadmap and product outcomes - Hands-on experience working with clinical data sets such as MDS, OASIS, ADT feeds, claims, and EHR data - Strong understanding of care transitions and how patients move across acute, post-acute, and community settings - Familiarity with post-acute care workflows and performance metrics - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and go-to-market teams

- Experience building or shipping AI/ML-driven product features such as predictive models or intelligent automation - Background supporting post-acute providers or value-based care organizations
