VP, Enterprise Data & Analytics

Role overview Set the enterprise direction for data science, analytics, and data products, and lead the work that turns data into business value. This is a hands-on executive role: you will shape multi-year strategy and the operating model while staying involved in data, platforms, and code. The remit includes enabling data-informed decisions and building trusted foundations for AI.

Responsibilities - Lead data science and analytics, delivering predictive models, insights, and advanced analysis for product, operations, and business strategy. - Own the data product portfolio and product management function, helping the organization use data in decision-making. - Define and build governed data foundations, semantic layers, and pipelines that support AI. - Set the data domain's multi-year strategy, operating model, and business outcomes. - Lead and develop senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the data domain.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, data science, or a related technical field. - 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise data, data science, analytics, or data products, including work in fintech, trading technology, or regulated financial services. - 7+ years in senior leadership, including direct management of director-level leaders and cross-functional teams. - Ability to lead strategy while remaining hands-on with data, platforms, and code.

Nice to have - An MBA or technical master's degree in computer science, data science, financial engineering, engineering, or a related field. - Relevant cloud certification, such as AWS.
