Enterprise Data Products & Solutions Director

Role overview Set the organization-wide direction for data products and solutions, with accountability for the strategy, operating model, and business outcomes across the data domain. This is an individual-contributor leadership role: influence teams through execution, technical authority, and clear standards as the organization shifts toward governed, reusable data products.

Responsibilities - Define a multi-year enterprise data vision, priorities, and operating model. - Guide Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business teams on shared data strategy and standards. - Move data delivery from project-based reporting toward owned products with quality measures, adoption, and demonstrable value. - Address cross-organizational challenges in governance, data quality and trust, and platform and pipeline modernization. - Represent the data function to senior leadership and hold partner teams accountable for outcomes.

Requirements - Evidence of leading enterprise data strategy across multiple functions. - Ability to set direction and drive execution through influence rather than direct people management. - Technical authority in data products, governance, quality, and data platforms. - Ability to define priorities and connect data work to measurable business results.
