Sr. Security Solutions Architect | IGA/PAM/NHI (Remote)

Role overview A senior pre-sales architect role focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) for enterprise customers. The position blends strategic advisory with technical architecture, guiding customers through identity maturity assessments, solution design, and transformation roadmaps. Work is remote and partner-facing across multiple identity disciplines.

Responsibilities

- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and identity capability assessments - Develop identity strategies, maturity models, and transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals - Architect solutions across authentication, authorization, identity providers, and identity governance and administration - Advise on modernization of legacy identity systems and migration to cloud-native platforms - Support pre-sales motions including proposal development, statements of work, and technical win strategies - Evaluate vendor and platform options, presenting trade-offs and recommendations to security leaders and executives - Contribute to practice-building assets such as reusable offerings and go-to-market collateral

Requirements

- CISSP or equivalent security certification - 3+ years in a customer-facing consulting, architecture, or pre-sales role - Hands-on architecture and implementation experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud or Microsoft Entra ID - Deep expertise in at least one of: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or an identity governance platform such as SailPoint or Saviynt - Track record leading customer workshops, assessments, and architectural discussions - Demonstrated ability to develop identity strategies, roadmaps, or transformation initiatives - Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both executive and technical audiences

Nice to have

- Okta certification strongly preferred; Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or related certifications valued - Experience with non-human identity (NHI) and machine identity, privileged access management (PAM), or PKI and certificate lifecycle management - Post-quantum cryptography (PQC) awareness - Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and customer advisory engagements
