The Principal Consultant of AI Security provides architect-level leadership for client programs that secure enterprise AI across models, applications, agents, data, and the underlying pipelines and platforms. The role leads the most complex engagements in this domain, serves as a senior technical authority for AI security architecture, and translates that work into reusable reference architectures, offerings, and enablement that help client organizations adopt and scale AI securely and responsibly.

Responsibilities - Lead client engagements as the subject matter expert across assessment, strategy, architecture, and design work spanning AI models, applications, agents, data, and the platforms they run on, from discovery through executive readout. - Translate AI risk into business language for CISO, CIO, and board audiences, and frame security as an enabler of the client's AI program rather than a blocker. - Own and evolve the practice's AI security offerings, authoring the reference architectures, standards, and design patterns that keep delivery consistent across teams. - Partner across security, data, digital consulting, innovation, and service delivery groups to scope and execute programs that enable secure and responsible AI transformation. - Develop and maintain a point of view on emerging problems such as trustworthy agents, agent-to-agent trust and delegation, non-human identity, and AI resilience, and feed it into broader solution development. - Contribute to enablement, pre-sales support, and go-to-market activities that help regional and partner teams scale AI security services.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, data science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience from military, defense, or government operations. - 10+ years of experience developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity strategies, programs, architectures, technologies, and controls. - 3+ years securing production AI/ML systems across at least two of: model and AI supply chain security, LLM and AI application security, agentic AI or autonomous system security, AI data and pipeline security, or AI red teaming and adversarial testing. - Hands-on experience designing and defending AI security architectures for the enterprise, including controls for agents, non-human identities, delegated access, tool invocation, and constrained action across systems. - Working knowledge of major AI security and trustworthy AI frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001:2023, ISO 5338:2024, OWASP Top 10 for LLM and Agentic Applications, MITRE ATLAS, and CSA AI controls. - Background in a customer-facing technology consulting, solutions architecture, or professional services role, with the ability to operate independently on complex accounts.

Nice to have - Familiarity with regulated industry environments, AI governance, or large-scale AI platform deployments. - Prior contribution to industry working groups, public research, or open standards efforts in AI security.
