ERP System Administrator

Role overview

Serve as a dedicated administrator for a business-critical Epicor ERP platform that supports manufacturing, finance, and quality operations across multiple company instances. This is a hands-on system administration role embedded in an established ERP team, partnering closely with application developers, infrastructure staff, and end users across the business.

Responsibilities

- Provision and manage user accounts, security groups, field and method-level permissions, menus, licenses, and multi-company configurations - Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day end-user issues, escalating complex development work to the application development team - Deploy customizations, BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and Application Studio layers across development, pilot, and production environments using Solution Workbench - Administer the ERP ticketing system by logging, prioritizing, tracking, and reporting on requests, and coordinate project management for new module rollouts - Maintain Epicor application environments, SQL Server databases, task agents, SSRS, and integrations, coordinating patching, upgrades, and refreshes with hosting partners - Monitor system health, support nightly backups, and ensure smooth operation of scheduled processes and external database integrations - Create and maintain documentation, end-user training materials, and standard operating procedures while driving continuous improvement

Requirements

- Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on ERP and BI administration experience (3+ years) - Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR (22 CFR 120.62) - 4+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP administration experience, with E10 or Kinetic strongly preferred - Experience managing data loads for new Epicor implementations using the Data Management Tool (DMT) - Experience with user security, menu maintenance, and multi-company administration in a manufacturing, engineer-to-order, or configure-to-order environment - Proficiency reading, troubleshooting, and deploying BAQs, UBAQs, BPMs, dashboards, Application Studio customizations, SSRS reports, DMT solutions, and Power BI - Strong SQL and REST API integration skills, with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell) as a plus - Working understanding of ITAR and CMMC 2.0 compliance in an ERP context

Nice to have

- Familiarity with hosted or managed Epicor environments in GCCH - Project management experience with ERP module implementations - Familiarity with the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle

- Base salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 USD - Office-based work environment with prolonged sitting and a low-noise setting
